Every single peanut used in 77 Nougat is baked in a modern oven and selected by computers first. It is then manually picked by trained experienced staff team to ensure the safety and reliability of the peanuts used in every 77 Nougat.

The secret of 77 Nougat, a ‘national chocolate’, lies in its sophisticated temperature and moisture control in production process as well as precise cooling temperature control which enables chocolate to be coated on the nougat without leaving oil marks, and thus the nougat can be protected, embellished and flavored. This is a technique which has not been successfully copied by any other business.
